So This is the New Year.

I have never been one for resolutions. I always attributed this to my dislike of goal setting. For a lot of people goal setting is productive. It helps them to, you know,  reach their goals. This is not the case for me. For me, setting a goal is a surefire way to ensure it doesn't get accomplished. So naturally I felt that if I were to make resolutions they would suffer the same fate.

But this year felt different.

I decided that instead of being wishy-washy about what I want from life I should make some decisions. Some plans. Take some action. Make some changes.

That sounded like a Kelly Clarkson song.

But really.

I decided on just a few to get me started.

1. Go to yoga at least two times a week.
2. Cook more meals at home.
3. Eat breakfast!
4. Bring lunch to work instead of spending money on food that isn't even that tasty. (This is a serious problem for me. Mostly because I get lazy and don't want to pack a lunch but also because I like to get out of the office).
5. Relax.
6. Be happy.
